Fri, 30 November 2007  November of 1968 marked the release to the public of the final report of the "Scientific Study of Unidentified Flying Objects," called the "Condon Report" after the project's director, Dr. Edward U. Condon. Condon had been ordered by the Air Force to conduct a survey of UFO reports to determine once and for all the merit of the phenomenon. In short, the study concluded that UFOs represented only misidentification and hoaxes.
